Island Tipping?!

Hey penguins, Today I waddled into Town. I saw the Island is Tipping( Or on a lean) People don't worry. Rookie said "Everything is Underwater, I mean Control, Everything is undercontrol" Pretty Funny When You think about it! He makes alot of Mistakes. Also when you throw a Snowball it goes Right. Becuase the island is tipping.
